Cooking Instructions |
This pack seasons 12 lbs. of chicken. Use 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning per 1 lb. of whole chicken. Pierce holes in chicken and rub on seasoning, including inside.Allow to marinate for 2 - 3 hours. Pre-heat oven to 400 F, then roast until cooked. (A 4 lb. chicken approx 1 hour.) |
